Could you try to telnet to that again, and see if it still works?

I assume you are doing the following

telnet 216.210.149.162 1494

and getting a prompt?

Check your logs. Also, I just telnetted to the above address at port
1494 and got the ICA prompt so it appears the firewall is not your
problem now. Maybe other ports (or UDP) required?
