Then, you hire a bunch of high scholl geeks that are happy to work for
and ISP in exchange for free high-speed internet access, and you're done!

All they need to know is Windows.

I'll read about CHAP.

HOW can you run an ISP and not have someone on site or a quick phone call
away who knows what they are doing?
