Zoneinfo doesn't model the differences between flavours of UT, or indeed any sub-second effects. So yes, it can handle the name change, presuming that we treat TI as a flavour of UT for this purpose. (While it's certainly not a flavour of UT for many other purposes, not least the plain definition of UT.) -zefram _______________________________________________ LEAPSECS mailing list LEAPSECS@leapsecond.com http://six.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/leapsecs
