Maybe the official Scandie branch can take this up with the club, and we
shall all see what eventuates?

Just a thought

Must admit I have mixed feelings - of course City is one of the games I
would have come out of 'away retirement for' and was looking forward to
going.
I have always argued that tickets for big games should be based on loyalty
so from that point of view the club have got it right. I thought it was
awful for the play-offs at Preston and then Carlisle that I was in the pot
with fans who had not been to an away game and yet I had been to 90% of the
away games. (plus having a season ticket)

So in some ways the club have got it right.

However I do see the argument that season ticket holders (such as myself)
should get some reward, and that we are the real loyal fans We do of course
get priority for any home games in the cup competitions.

Loyalty is always a difficult one but at least they are trying.

I feel sorry for the Scandinavian branches - they were bringing between 50
to 100 fans to the Peterboro and Blackpool games at home and many have
sorted travel etc. Now Peterboro is scrapped for City and the Blackpool game
will be moved from the Tuesday (for some reason we cannot play Sunday /
Tuesday) so they will be missing both games.
