Subsequently we had the professor and Krasners lot, all supposedly Leeds people/fans, all made cash out of it at a direct cost to LUFC. I think we have to accept that there are very few philanthropists with the available disposable income to get into top level football. The rest are there to make a living like the rest of us. Bates has probably saved us in excess of £1m already by not dealing with greedy agents or players.
