I'm p*ssed off with the fee as well but on Lennon........
Shaun Harvey was on Yorkshire Radio on Saturday & stated that we did have a
sell on fee for Lennon, but Spurs bought it out during the summer - this was
accepted as he was due to sign a new long term deal with them & so any sell
on would be quite a way in the future, whereas the buyout money could be
used NOW.
Shortsighted maybe, but possibly understandable

I don't say this too often, but in this case I am 100% behind the
Walkmeister. This is a fcuking disgrace, made worse by that complete cnut
Warnock rubbing salt into the wound by mocking us with how much he would
have paid in the summer. We are an embarrassment.
No Sean, Kilgallon wasn't perfect, I've often pulled Rich up with a few
"Steady on there" moments, but Rich is right. YOU noticed him making last
gasp challenges because he was getting half the defence out of the mire
due to their incompetancy. Getting rid of the shite (Although Creaney has
yet to attract that lucrative offer from Rochdale) and putting something
half decent ALONGSIDE Killa would have seen him not needing to make such
appearances and indeed oing what you say and being virtually anonymous
because he can get on with his own job. But what REALLY pissed me off is
the price. Bollocks to anyone who whinges "Oh but his forms not been too
good recently" we got £1.75 Mill for an England Under 21 International.
Without doubt someone who, in the right team and with the right coaching,
could IMHO DEFINATELY rise up to full international level. It's Aaron
Lennon all over again. I thought when we got £5M for two 16 year olds that
the fire sale mentality had gone, obviously not. SO we've pocketed 2.75
Million pounds for two players, one of which (Using Wright Phillips as the
benchmark) is now - within 18 months of that - worth £21 Million. Injury
aside, I can see him if he does carry on how I expect him to, going for
£15M to somewhere like Liverpool in the future. AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN
INCLUDED A BUY ON CLAUSE!!!! We are SO fucking useless in the transfer
market, we always have been and, despite cuddly Kens empty rhetoric about
how he won't be made to look stupid when it comes to transfers. He just
has been.
