ok thats fair enough, I'm not interested in the plight of the team in
relation to this. That team that we started the season with basically took
us to the play offs last year and by october had effectivly started to take
us the other way with a couple of reasonable journeymen additions. Whatever
happened on the pitch was down to blackwell carver and wise. We then bought
in 6ish players in Jan and nearly escaped. I'm not blaming Bates for the
football side other than delaying the sacking of blackwell and appointing
Wise month too late.

so that aside more questions... What made Stubbs bid better than Bates? He
may have been waiting in a solicitors office but i've heard so much bull
from potential takeovers that he could have been buying a house. Yes I
clearly did miss something. I wasnt on the list and I live in London and
the Standard doesnt tend to major on leeds stories. I am not on of the
inner sanctum on here that seem to know everything about everything hence my
email enlighten me!

As for the finances I dont dispute they are in chaos but again unless you
all know something I dont that particular house of cards has ben falling
down for a good few years. Do you have concrete proof that Bates as done
anything other than get in over his head and pay creditors off left right
and centre possibly in not the most efficient way.

Also if you want to make astatement like "Morris selling to Bates in the
first place" then at least qualify it. yes it looks odd, they sold to bates
now the krasner team are all sworn enemies of Bates doing what they can to
derail him (and give themselves a publicity boost). Its funny but unless
you let us in on what you know about this.

There's a lot of passionate anti Bates stuff by people I know and have met
on here and that want the best for the club so I dont question anyones'
motives but I cant help feeling if Bates had been born and bread in Pudsey
he might have a different reputation.
