Isnt the term 'preferential creditor'?

They get paid first, then the rest get paid with whatever is left, often
nothing.

That's why when the local double glazing company goes into admin whilst you
had some windows on order, the only chance you get of getting your windows
or cash back is if the new buyer (if there is one) honours the existing
orders.

Come on, I thought this was clear?  Isnt this the reason HMRC is pissed off
with football?  Because it has to get in line with normal creditors whilst
football creditors are preferential?
