It can't be very pleasant and no wonder you're annoyed, standing up to minimise each stinging haemorrhoid. Those ointments, creams and capsules are a sad pathetic farce, it's just a waste of time to shove torpedoes up your arse. Remedial suppositories could go inside your mouth, for all the bleeding use they are inserted three feet south.
