You are misdirecting your ire, putting the club into administration always
ran the risk that we would not come out the other side. Why do you think
neither Trevor Birch nor Gerald Krasner chose to go down that route?

Sorry Sean but that is absolute bollox, did you really think that Bates
would 'get away' with paying THE real major credit 1p in the £? Do you
really believe yourself that the HMRC would not have challenged the CVA
whether or not anyone had asked an awkward question? HMRC would have been
negligent if they hadn't. The challenge was weeks in the planning not an
overnight kneejerk reaction to some MP's questions.

Is the club now better off as a result of the three "Leeds fan" MPs
successfully sabotaging the CVA?

Nope, now answer mine - Is the club better off as a result of entering
administration?

> I don't believe it is. Others may differ. But it does appear that
for some people, sabotaging Leeds' season - and even our very existence - is
worth it if they can give Bates a bloody nose in the process. I just don't
agree. I don't trust Bates as far as I can spit, but looking around the
League, saints seem in rather short supply in club boardrooms these days. I
am tired of all the court cases and legal mumbo-jumbo. I want to start
winning football matches again. Football isn't fun if you're not winning
(which means it hasn't been that much fun most of the last 32 years).

Sean, again you are misdirecting your ire, whose at fault for all the court
cases and legal mumbo jumbo?
Whose conscious choice was it to take the club down this route?
Who has been around long enough to know exactly how vindictive the HMRC can
be?
Who offered 1p in the £ and threatened to liquidate the club if anyone dared
to accept a higher offer?

I asked this question before and everyone chose to ignore it: -

What if the directors of Forward Sports Fund are Kim Jong-Il/Robert
Mugabe/Than Shwe is that ok as long as we get a
decent pre-season?
