Rick can you just explain how you replied to his email but sent it to the
list?

If you hit 'reply' it would go to just him, even if it was also addressed to
the list.

If you hit 'reply to all' it would still just go to him if he hadn't also
sent it to the list, which he didn't.

The only way to inadvertently send to the list would be to create a whole
new message or forward his original and type in the new addresses (or cut &
paste from another list email).

This is a genuine question, I am a techy and cant see how the list mail
address got onto the reply..
