I think 4 is the most likely, but 2 is also a strong contender and "on 
probation" may also mean Wise's ability to sign new players is strictly 
limited which could lead to 3 happening at the end of the season, after 
which the FL will decide we've suffered enough and give us the golden share 
back (or not).
