Can't see much wrong with that except that it is unlikely that HMRC will 
do any deals, my understanding is that their position was 
non-negotiable.  Unless of course the new Paymaster General thinks 
differently...........

Rob what's the odds on:

1.  Limited transfers

2.  10 points deduction

3.  Share back

but with 3 dependent on acceptable (ie HMRC lose) outcome of the court 
case with the HMRC
