Went to pub and watched.
Enjoyed. it all. Especially the bacon sannie!
I was very pleased with what I saw.
These guys were trying to play football and basically knew where their team
mates should be.Hereford were high on adrenaline. This was a cup tie after
all.
Playing 3 C-H was always going to make things a bit hard on the defence and
mid-field.
But that was not as bad as it could have been under Blackwell.
This was the best team I have seen since we went down from the the 1st
division.
But full marks to Wise.
The 15 point is a killer and will become incrementally more difficult to
close.
But lets face it we have a good defence. A good attack....Constantine caught
my eye.
We are short of mid field grit and creativity. In short two key players
We know that over 30's get injured. That includes Thomsno and Kish
[whatever]. Derry is personna non grata and that was a hell of an injury to
come back from. So I don't think that we can build on him.
These are two hard positions to fill & also get the new players bedded in.
So I think that play-offs are the best that we can hope for.
I think going into them both disappointed and favourites will make that a
hard task too...maybe too hard.
We must get those points back.
