Your argument only works if you pre-suppose an inherant natural talent to
begin with. I doubt any ammount of practice could make ben Parker into a ballet
dancer or a decent defender.

But my observations apply to football players at all levels, especially when it
comes to corners. It's the same size ball, it's stationary, the pitches are
the same size, yet time and time again you see players kick the ball from one
side of the pitch to the other, or more usually, straight at the first defender
(eg Ian Harte). If they practiced harder, they would be better surely.
