For what it's worth... I seem to remember back in the Revie era they organized a test in which several local ballet dancers came to the Leeds training session and joined in, then the players attended one of the ballet practice sessions.
I can't remember exactly what the premise was...something to do with the image of manly men I think.. The big and amusing news, at the time was that the dancers got through the footy training session with no problems while the players were out on their feet well before the end of the ballet session..
