IMO Bates declaring himself as not in any way owning Leeds United is good news. If he is deemed not to be unfit and improper as who the hell is? If he does not own LUFC as maybe he can explain what he does do & who 'empowered' him? What is to stop me or any one else saying that I am empowered too? In short what is Bates's status.
