I am 55 and have had to look up the details of my first game - I thought I was about 7 or 8 at the time but it turns out I was 9 - I can still clearly remember the vivid colours of the opposition shirts (Blackpool) when we played them on 7th September 1964 and I was watching from the boys pen - just next to where all the bus drivers and conductors used to stand watching before they left 10 minutes from the end to get the busses started.
