(Snip Nick's rant about our fair weather fans)

I totally agree with all those sentiments Nick. Everybody tried really hard
yesterday, including the much maligned Beckford who was as relieved as
anybody else when he scored. Credit to him, no matter how many he misses he
never hides and is always in place to miss/score the next one.
It would really piss me off if I'd been lucky enough to pull on a Leeds
shirt, had given my all, totally outplayed the opposition but due to various
circumstances (including, it must be said, individual mistakes but hey,
they're only human) e.g. a bit of bad luck on occasion, had only come away
with a draw, to be booed off the field. I wouldn't feel like giving my best
next time that's for sure.
If you've paid your money you're entitled to your opinion of course but
I've always thought "support" should mean through thick and thin myself even
if sometimes you can't help but groan at the odd bits of ineptitude. At
least I feel this lot do give their all and wear the shirt with pride,
unlike some of the mercenaries we idolised in the recent past who couldn't
wait to piss off when the going got tough.
