"Debate" is not actually the word I would have used for an event which was more a series of speechlets from each leader, most of which were in complete isolation to everything else (whatever point they were trying to ram home). I have to say though, I did give credit to Brown for almost always linking his points, however tenouosly, to the question asked (though he often ignored points raised by the other leaders...). This brings me back to my original mail - Cameron didn't. It doesn't matter why not to me, I'm just amazed that he obviously got away with it so well.
