That's the problem! 75% of the people don't have the faintest clue or are not qualified to vote!
Europe, what are the drawbacks and benefits? Most people don't know or will defer to the Sun's version of events? It's not British, they want us to grow straight cucumbers and give up the pound don't they? How do we get ourselves out of the global economic mess? No the faintest idea but it's all bankers fault and they should work for free and do community service. Immigration, yeah labour let in lots of eastern Europeans, err, they are EU citizens... they and we can go where we want and live where we want! Foreigners don't learn the language, hmmm costa brava full of fluent Spanish speaking cockney criminals??? No! People should have to pass a competency test to vote. Our new PM will essentially be picked by what the media outlets think and how they have influenced people! MPs should be interviewed and recruited like CEOs of companies based on what they can offer and sacked when they mess up, they should be accountable to those who have passed the test to be allowed an opinion! I'm rapidly coming round to the opinion that democracy doesn't work! If its down to what the fat van driving Millwall fan with his copy of the Sun and his dislike of brown people and foreigners in general deciding! I spend half my life in Kazakhstan and they have a benign dictator whose ego is linked to the prosperity of the country! The leaps and bounds the country has made under what is essentially a powerful and charismatic CEO is amazing. It basically comes down to having someone in charge who knows what they are doing and what's best for the country!
