Steve,

Noticed a couple other things. The shaft collars go on the lead screws. One
on each slide of the split nut. There should be 4 total. You have the updated
headstock which means there are bearings in the headsock instead of Delrin
bushings. You have the additional direction gear. I looks like you have the
template brackets some extra drive hubs.

  OK-

Begat, I have the carriage, but there is no hardware like I have seen in
pictures on line that show a drive for raising and lowering the router (rails,
drive screw, etc.). It may be that that is an upgrade?

Curtis- I've already designed a bracket and spotted a method for making my
own split nuts at the Router Forums (at least, I think that's where I found it,
I've been scratching at this for awhile, now).

What I'd like to do eventually is to integrate the mill with my lathe. I
could do some interesting things that way. I'd really like the manual so that I
can at least understand what I'm asking for when I contact Legacy, which may
take some repeated efforts, from what I've read around the web. I'm not even
sure what I'm missing beyond some really obvious stuff that I've listed
earlier. Here are some photos, showing generally what I have. I have installed
a couple of bolts as temporary hand cranks.

    Hi all,

My name is Steve. I have been working wood for over 40 years, on and off.

I just purchased a Legacy 900, and need some parts, but would like to have
access to a manual so I can finish putting it together and determine for sure
what I need. It appears to have been tipped over, as both the drive screws were
bent, and the handle on the cross feed crank is missing. I straightened out the
lead screws, already. I got it cheaply enough that if I can't get the parts I
need, I'll use it as a lathe stand and sell off the other bits. Or, I could
integrate it with my lathe; that would be interesting. It would be cool to be
able to turn with a variable angle on the feed, instead of free-hand.

What I know I need right off the bat is the smooth side of the split nut
for the long lead screw. It also got broken in the accident. Handles I can
make. I'm also missing the big gear with all the indexing holes.

Does anyone have an electronic copy of the assembly instructions, and more
importantly, pics or a parts list? At least then I can ask intelligent
questions about this thing.

    Thanks,
    Steve
