This was an interesting product that sold well in UK but not under the Sears label however I estimate of all of those that were sold only 30% got regular or irregular use. Why did this happen, my theory is that the guys demonstrating the product were very good at it and customers found they could not get similar results because they did not invest the time in learning how to use it. That said how many of us have a product or two sat on the shelf in the shop for similar reasons. Regards Euro Roger
