okay,i need to make a significant correction here...i forgot that the 
"adapter" is actually two pieces...one piece replaces the square, cone 
shaped piece entirely...you can see it in the second listing from bill's 
post...it's the piece with the long "shaft"and basically, is the head 
stock...then a second piece, the one with the three pins on the end, goes 
into the first piece...this is the small piece i was referring to, and the 
piece i am always afraid might get lost in the shop...and the piece that is 
somewhat castable without much issue...the other piece would be very 
difficult and costly to reproduce... so i guess mac's business plan is out 
the window...LOL!...sorry for the confusion...joe " i'm getting old fast"
