I put the 45T (21nch gear onto the leadscrew then another 45T onto the lay shaft followed by the 60T when i go to swing the 240T gear to mesh with the 60T it hits the end of the leadscrew. I have all the reversing gear already fixed to it Curtis just can't understand the Disc instructions for reversing that you kindly did for me, but will have another look My brain just must be missing something, even if I moved the leadscrew out of the way towards the end of the mill it still would not work Richard
