Or did he buy the house and the Mill was left behind by previous owner?(I can't imagine a neighbor tossing one over the fence into his yard - but I guess anything is possible.)I hope you have given it an "indoor home" and are taking steps to clean it up and either use it or post its parts & pieces here for sale.BTW - How'd the router fare - being left "rusting in the back yard"?
