Elizabeth SHown Mill's book: Evidence! Citation & Analysis for the
Family Historian (about $15) [Baltimore: Genealogical Publishing Co.
1997] Elizabeth gives extensive examples of primary source entry types
and subsequent entries as well as bibliographic entry style.
A less involved system is presented in Family History Documentation
Guidelines by Silicon Valley PAF Users Group. ($10) 2000 Their website
