Hi Tam,

I know that you have had aprevious thread on this problem but haven't found it as yet. Acrobat is a program which I just use (like most people) so I am not really familiar with it's ins and outs, although I am aware that recently it has improved its data security. However what I am trying to say is that I cannot remember the details of the thread and would be grateful if you would restate the problem and I'll have a play. eg: What version of Acrobat are you using? Is the problem when saving or reading (or both) a pdf. Can you read the pdf direct from the file saved by Legacy or is it only when using Legacy to open it? BTW have you recently upgraded yout Acrobat Reader?

Ron Ferguson

It's too early in the morning here!! Please ignore my last message. It still seems that Acrobat Reader is only linked to your Administrator's Account. Delete the shortcut in the User Account then go to AcroRd32.exe (or similar depending on your version) usually in C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\Acrobat\Reader and create a shortcut. Send this to your Desktop.

Hi, Ron!

I'm going to try this as soon as *I* have my first cup of coffee -- but I do have a question --

Adobe Reader works with eveything else -- why the problem only with Legacy, do you think?

Thanks for the help, Ron --

Tam
