Yes, without a doubt. I believe the exception is for people that purchased Version 6 within two months of version 7. (At least that is how I understand Zamora's blog.) Keep in mind Version 7 is going to incorporate a charting feature like TreeDraw which right now is a standalone purchased program, so the cost of the upgrade might at least be equivalent to that cost.
