Of course, we are all free to do things our own way, but if we bear in mind that Legacy often refers to Events/Facts rather than just Events, I think it makes easier to see why some of use treat things like Censuses not just as Sources.

To me, it is a fact that someone was enumerated for a Census so I enter Census information as an Event/Fact as well as citing the Census as a Source for information such as names of family members, residence, occupation etc.
