I prefer to make my sources as below: MST 1816 Tax or MS Perry 1820 Census. Keeping each state together, then subdivisions, then date, finally what the document contains. I attach to the source in the text field a transcription (or photocopy) of it. This makes it easier to spot what you are missing. Rich in LA CA
