Hi, Jeremy Thanks for the link - but I'm chickening out on changing drivenames, uninstalling QuickTime etc.etc. just to get rid of this error message which only appears with Legacy Charting. Far easier to uninstall Legacy Charting, I can live without it <smile> Regards Mary Young
