Don't know if this will help anyone but I have gotten some wild pin placements. For example I ended up with the location Massachusetts in England for some reason. I added USA to the address and it was still showing up in England. It seems once the location is verified (which seems to happen very quickly) it will not move. I had to go in and edit the location by removing the latitude and longitude - the next time I clicked on that location it showed up correctly. Now I guess I have to add the country to all of my locations.
