It works OK for me. However you do need to have at least one *saved* clipboard for it to display any. And the upgrade to Legacy 7 deleted all the saved Legacy 6 clipboards. If there are no *saved* clipboards then it takes you to either the Add Source or Add Source Detail, depending on what's on the clipboard. Perhaps it would be clearer if right-clicking on the source triangle when there are no saved sources simply brings up a message window saying "There are no saved source clipboards."
