Since I am the start person this seems correct to me. If I change the start person then that person appears on the left. I use "set relationships" before using the relationship calculator which takes a few seconds on a DB of 5000 and the results of the calculator are instant. > > 2) The option to set Word for Blank Records to "(Just leave it blank)" did > not work initially after coversion to version 7. The word "Unknown" appears in the Wives List in version 6 but does not print. I have noticed some places where it now occurs where it did not before, but I have yet to find an instance of it printing or appearing on webpages. I cannot remember whether or not I had to set to "Unknown" before the "just use blank" would work. > > 3) The "set clipboard" saved items were not carried forward from those > saved in version 6. I am not privy to the thinking of Legacy, I'm afraid, but I rather wish that they had been. > > Ron Taylor > > > > > > > > > > > Legacy User Group guidelines: > http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp > Archived messages: > http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ > Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp > To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp > > > _________________________________________________________________ http://clk.atdmt.com/UKM/go/msnnkmgl0010000002ukm/direct/01/ Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
