Tom,  I apologize for not reading you problem correctly. I ran a Source 
Citation Report for a SSDI.  You are correct. I just did an SS-5 on my "Testing 
V.7 family tree" and the only detail that printed under the name it was used by 
was the word "death".

Why would it pring death when it was an application?  Think you should maybe 
call support and find out if it's a bug.
