Hi, I have a family branch whose name was constantly misspelled in the census records. I am trying to generate a handy report to show everyone with that last name and which census records I do have so I can focus on the ones that I am missing without having to pull up 200 individuals.
I have used the tags to indicate different US census reports. Thus Tag 7 is 1910, Tag 8 1920, etc. So in the report I want to show Name and then all of the tags so I know what census years I am missing. The report does have enough room and reflects the correct titles and the corresponding rows and columns. For tag 3, which is working correctly, it has an 'x' in the box if they are tagged. For tags 4-9 all of the others are blank even though some/most are tagged. With the first part I wasn't thinking it through clearly but with your message I was able to fix my query - after generating a list of individual with the name Smith or spouse surname Smith then I searched only the search list for Tag 1 equal untagged, etc and got rid of the ones that were showing tagged on the list.
