Ron, The only backup error we know of that's caused by problems with a DLL file is error 530, "The license key required to use the control was not found or is invalid."
Somehow the XceedZip.dll file has been removed or corrupted. That is easily solved by reinstalling Legacy. Reinstalling hasn't helped with Error 91. Thanks for using Legacy.
