Root Folder? Bob - My backup is indeed a memory stick. I tried a couple of different ones. I have no problem backing up on my netbook, nor did I from the desktop - until yesterday. No matter what destination I use [your suggestion, my original, the "C" drive, etc] I continue to get the error message. I have the same build 7.0.0.90 on both my netbook and desktop. I installed it on my netbook while on the road researching and have had no problem. I did install it on the desktop and just realized that this was the first time I tried to backup after installing .90. Thanx for your suggestion.
