When you go to the Master Location List and select a location, you can Geo-code that location. If you're in the Map of Places for... window, click on the Resolve button to bring up the Master Location List where you can code the location.
The Geo-code feature in the Master Location List codes according to what Bing (was Virtual Earth) has on file and doesn't use the Geo Location Database. Thanks for using Legacy.
