Kathy, No it's not off-topic, although a discussion of the ins and out of file transfer programs or the relative merits of free sites would be. To find out how much space you will need for the *current* size of your website go to the folder in which it has been created and right click on it; this is the absolute minimum which you need. Only you know how big you expect it to grow, but it is best to future proof it by multiplying the size you currently need with how many times you expect it to grow ie. if it is currently 5MB and you think you will be doubling it in a year or two then a minimum of 10MB would be a good idea. The point I am making is create you site, see how big it is and work from there. You will find the folder for the site in ~/Legacy/web/yr_project-name/ Ron Ferguson _____________________________________________________ *New* Tutorial: Add Location Pins to Google Earth http://www.fergys.co.uk Includes the family tree for Alan J Grimshaw And the Fergusons of N.W.
