The amount of 'free' space given by any ISP is bound to be variable. For
example, my ISP only gives 20Mb in which to house a website. This is
inadequate for my purposes (I develop free software for FreeREG) and I
manage with Google.

As for the services that off free web-hosting, you are best doing your
own research, but don't expect to get something for nothing :-)
