Yes you have got the basics 1GB of freespace is an awful lot for an ISP to
offer, but there we go! Whilst I know of that company I do not know how it
works, but you will need an FTP program to load your site onto their server.
(FTP - File Transfer Protocol). You will find may by using Google some free,
some expensive. I have used several and currently use the free WinSCP.
