Hi Kay, This helps tremendously. If I understand you correctly, you are creating reports as PDF files that you send via email. The recipients do not need to have a genealogy program of any kind. Is that correct? Margaret

If something materializes of interest on one individual or family, I distribute a report on him/her/them. Of course, pictures of people and various documents are of interest.
