Dear Mary, Interesting idea. I use pdf's a lot as they are a most useful format for sending unmangled documents!
Do you happen to know where Legacy stores this sort of file? I keep all the Legacy files I can lay hands on in a folder called 'Legacy data' so that I can back the files up easily & systematically.
