Dennis, I think that you are correct, but it is confusing! At the end of a session ie. when exiting Legacy a message appears saying "updating drop box" - or similar. However if one has Legacy open an another PC at the same time *Definitely Dangerous and Not recommended* then this is synced as one goes along, and conflicted files result.

That is not correct. I just did a little test. Dropbox will sync your local copy with the cloud copy as you make the changes to your local .fdb.
