No problems. Feel free. I've moved the [Notes] in all my event sentences from after the [Sources] into the main sentence structure, usually at the end, so the sentence usually ends [Desc] [Notes].[Sources] This means that I can put whatever I want in there and it prints on reports. The only thing to watch is the space immediately in front of the "[Notes]" means you get a nice flow-on into the notes section, but you can't end a sentence in the [Desc], unless you put the "." into the [Desc], which I don't like. Once you are in the notes, you can have as many sentences as you like.
