Mike, Legacy is written in an older programming language the the
programmers are using what's available.

When the programmers port Legacy over to a new language which will handle
Unicode fonts, they will be able to have more flexibility with the Notes as
well.

For now, we have what we have and we need to work with it. At least we can
do bold, underline, italics and superscripts.
