Ditto to this - I'd much rather get these in Digest mode if it was possible, but I havent been able to see anything about it either. To combat the influx of emails, I've had to set up a filter on my email that automatically filters these messages to a specific folder but leaves them unread, then I can sit and read at leisure when I'm ready
