If you use the Options > Zoom, you don't have to do it every time. It holds the 
value you set.

You can change the font size in the Pedigree Name Boxes - though maybe not 
enough for you? Or do you mean the Sibling and Child boxes on Pedigree View. 
There is a bug with these boxes.
